Return Conditions<\/span><\/h3>

You may return your purchased item within 14 days<\/b> of delivery without providing any reason. To ensure a smooth approval process for your return, we kindly ask you to observe the following details:<\/p>

  • The item must be strictly unused, unwashed, and unworn outside.<\/p><\/li>

  • The MAY RE tags and security seals attached to the product must be strictly intact and undamaged.<\/p><\/li>

  • Due to hygiene regulations, items with traces of perfume, deodorant, body odor, or any stains (makeup, etc.) will unfortunately not be accepted for a return.<\/p><\/li>

  • The product must be returned complete with its invoice, in its original box\/packaging, exactly as it was delivered to you.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Exchange Process<\/span><\/h3>

    f the size or color of the product is not as you expected, you may request an exchange within 14 days<\/b> , subject to stock availability.<\/p>

    • You can initiate the process by contacting us or creating an exchange request through your \"My Account\" dashboard.<\/p><\/li>

    • The dispatch of your new exchange item will take place after your returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes quality control.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      2. Pack Your Item<\/b> Securely place the product in its original packaging along with the invoice.<\/p><\/li>
