2. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of this Contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer via the Seller's website.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty. The product to be returned must be unused, its tags must not be removed, and it must not have lost its resalable feature.
4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
-The product subject to the order is delivered by cargo to the address specified by the Buyer.
-The Seller is responsible for delivering the ordered product intact, complete, and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order.
-The Seller's obligation to deliver the product does not begin until the payment is completed.
PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM
Product Information: The type, quantity, brand/model, and sales price of the product specified in the order summary.
Delivery: The product is delivered to the Buyer's address, provided it does not exceed the legal 30-day period from the date of the order.
Payment: Can be made via credit card or wire transfer.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution: The Buyer may submit their complaints directly to the Seller's contact addresses. In case of a dispute, Istanbul Consumer Arbitration Committees and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
