Return and Exchange Policy
Return Conditions
You may return your purchased item within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason. To ensure a smooth approval process for your return, we kindly ask you to observe the following details:
The item must be strictly unused, unwashed, and unworn outside.
The MAY RE tags and security seals attached to the product must be strictly intact and undamaged.
Due to hygiene regulations, items with traces of perfume, deodorant, body odor, or any stains (makeup, etc.) will unfortunately not be accepted for a return.
The product must be returned complete with its invoice, in its original box/packaging, exactly as it was delivered to you.
Exchange Process
f the size or color of the product is not as you expected, you may request an exchange within 14 days , subject to stock availability.
You can initiate the process by contacting us or creating an exchange request through your "My Account" dashboard.
The dispatch of your new exchange item will take place after your returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes quality control.
Return & Exchange Steps
Submit a Request: Send us your return/exchange request via our website or Customer Service Email .
Pack Your Item Securely place the product in its original packaging along with the invoice.
Ship Your Package: Drop off your package at any branch using the Yurtiçi Kargo return code provided to you, free of charge. (Note: Shipping costs for returns made outside of our contracted courier are the responsibility of the customer.)
Refund Process
Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our expert quality control team. Refunds for products that meet the return conditions will be approved within 1 to 3 business days.
Please note that it may take 2 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your bank or credit card, depending on your bank's processing times.
